Shipping & Returns

How our products ship

Every Kaeos Fitness product is printed to order — we don't keep inventory on the shelf, so your item is produced just for you once you place your order.

Production: most items take about 2-5 business days to print. Some specialty items may take a bit longer.

Shipping: once produced, orders ship from our print facilities in the US. Typical US delivery is about 3-8 business days after production. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a defect, let us know and we'll make it right with a reprint or replacement at no extra cost. Just email kaeosfitness@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it.

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind on non-defective items — but if there's a problem with your order, we'll always fix it.
